All Information collected during your visit to bbbblanc.com through either donations to fund BBBBLANC*, purchase of items such as art work and/or Kabaka Concept* products - is kept private and confidential. We respect the privacy of our customers and keep ALL information private , Strictly-Confidential and discreet with no exceptions.
Purchasing
By making donations to fund BBBBLANC* , purchasing art work or products from either Kabaka Concept* or BBBBlanc* - through bbbblanc.com, we request certain personally-identifiable information from you on our donation or order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use the information we collect from you for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We do not store your credit card information. If we have trouble processing an order on a purchase, we will only use this information to contact you.
Payment
We accept Visa/Credit Cards and PayPal.
Sales Tax
For the time being, all orders shipped inside of Canada are not subject to Government (GST) and respective Provincial Sales Taxes (PST/HST). Similarly, there is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of Canada.
chancemutuku.com is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, C.O.D payments and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
chancemutuku.com will NOT be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 days of being received and take about 5-14 business days to arrive depending on the destination address. Once orders are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that may or not including tracking number once your order is processed depending on the mailing service. Exceptions to this policy include pre-orders and custom-order items that may take slightly longer to ship.
chancemutuku.com is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. As the courier, you assume all the associated risks once you have placed your order.
Returns
bbbblanc.com and/or Kabaka Concept* takes pride in the accuracy and degree of attention which we pay to our orders for the satisfaction our customer. Thus ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL at the moment - once you have purchased a product from BBBBLANC* and/or Kabaka Concept* through bbbblanc.com. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on items that are shipped, as we cannot guarantee that the product(s) have not yet been worn, washed or tampered with.
In the off chance that something you’ve ordered is actually sold out or out of stock, we give the option to refund your purchase or have it exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value upon your request.
If you do not agree with any of our policies, we advise that you hold off on your purchase until you have clarified your understanding and have come to terms and agreement with them.
